Support Line has an agreement with Relate, the Uk's largest provider of relationship counselling. There are three independent Relate centres within the county along with their respective outstations ensuring that clients never have to travel far for an appointment. Within the agreement, Relate provide a fast track service for referrals ensuring no one has to wait more than 7 days for an appointment to be offered.

To support individuals/couples who may not wish to attend a Relate Centre or where there may be difficulties with appropriate appointment times or locations, Support Line has also recruited affiliates who have completed recognised training in work with couples/marital issues.
Addictions are now increasingly common and can affect us all in some way. Making the decision to seek treatment can be one of the hardest you have to make, not only on a personal level but also with the competing demands of family, work and daily routine.
One to one counselling is available to anyone who is concerned about their own or someone else’s use of drugs or alcohol. Support Line has arrangements with the specialist agency KCA (Kent Council for Addiction) which enables callers to be referred onto a ‘fast track’ use of their services. KCA has a number of service centres throughout the county and individuals will be offered up to seven sessions at a location that suits them best.
