Staff Care Service's Occupational Health service provides a comprehensive and effective service to support your management of sickness absence.

An individual referred to our service will be assessed by our professional staff and we will provide you with expert objective advice to support you to:

• Reduce absenteeism and related costs
• Avoid discrimination and comply with legislation e.g. implementing reasonable adjustments for individuals with a disability
• Facilitate an early return to work following sickness absence with an individualised rehabilitation programs
• Advise on medical redeployment
