Staff Care Services provide assessments for individuals seeking early retirement on the grounds of ill health. Our Occupational Health Physicians meet the criteria to act as independent medical practitioners for the purposes of pension schemes.

We are able to support you in reducing associated costs by ensuring inappropriate ill health retirements are avoided and granted only in appropriate cases where no other means can be found of accommodating the individual in the workplace.
